Ready for a makeover?
Why Choose Polyurea & Polyaspartic Over Standard Epoxy?
4x Stronger Than Epoxy
Our coatings are flexible, meaning they won’t cheep or peel when the concrete expands or contracts.
1-Day Installation
Our rapid-cure technology allows us to prep, coat, and return your floor to service in just 24 hours.
UV Stability
Unlike epoxy, our polyaspartic topcoats are 100% UV stable. They won’t yellow or fade, even under the harsh Fernandina Beach sun.
Chemical & Slip Resistance
Protect your floor from oil, salt, gasoline, and harsh household chemicals with a textured, slip-resistant finish.
Our Professional 6-Step Installation Process
We don’t cut corners. Our crew follow a rigorous, field-tested protocol to ensure your floor never peels or delaminates:
- Diamond Grinding: We use industrial-grade grinders to profile the concrete and open the “pores,” ensuring a permanent mechanical bond.
- Concrete Repair: We use high-strength materials to fill every crack, pit and spall for a perfectly level surface.
- Polyurea Base Coat: We apply a self-priming base layer that penetrates deep into the concrete—4x stronger than standard epoxy.
- Decorative Flake Broadcast: A full broadcast of polymer flakes is spread across the wet base coat for color, texture, and durability.
- The Scrape & Level: After the polyurea cures, we meticulously scrape the floor to ensure a uniform, smooth, and comfortable texture.
- Clear Polyaspartic Top Coat: A final, high-performance shield is applied to protect against UV rays, chemicals, and heavy vehicle traffic.
